Community Resilience Model (CRM)© is a set of skills that ordinary people can use for their own benefit and the benefit of their community to respond to the impact of traumatic and/or stressful experiences. Upon completion of the training the participant will be able to:
- Identify and use the basic skills
- Understand the autonomic nervous system and its role in trauma and healing
- Create an individual resilience-building plan
- Identify two or more ways CRM skills can help stabilize the nervous system
- Identify one or more methods of how to bring CRM skills into daily life for self and the community
